How to clean up a messy Notion workspace
Notion workspaces don't become messy on a particular day. They drift: a page added in a hurry here, a copy made as a starting point there, a project that finished without anyone tidying up. Cleaning one up is less about a grand reorganisation and more about finding the clutter you can't see.
1. Measure before you move anything
Before changing a thing, get a count: how many pages there are, how many aren't filed under anything, how many haven't been touched in six months, and how many share a title with another page.
